BOCES CTE, CDOS Students to Switch to Remote Friday
Thursday, October 8, 2020 -
The Liverpool Central School District has been informed that a student attending one of the half-day programs at the OCM BOCES Thompson Road campus has tested positive for COVID-19.
Due to this positive test, and out of an abundance of caution, all Liverpool Central School District students who attend the BOCES Career and Technical Education Program (CTE) or the Career Development & Occupational Studies (CDOS) Program are asked to switch to remote learning for both their LHS and BOCES classes on Friday, October 9, 2020.
Due to privacy laws, we cannot provide any additional information about the student who tested positive or about those who may have been exposed.
The Onondaga County Health Department is in the process of identifying and notifying those individuals who came in close contact with the student who tested positive.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding. If you are not contacted by the Onondaga County Health Department, but are still concerned you may have been exposed, please visit the New York State Health Department Web site at https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/find-test-site-near-you to find local testing sites.
