Update Regarding State Testing (4/3/19)

After working on the computer-based testing issues that schools across the state experienced yesterday, the New York State Education Department has advised districts to stagger the administration of the remaining English Language Arts state tests for students in grades 3-8.
In working with the state education department, the Liverpool Central School District has revised its testing schedule for the remainder of this week:
Thursday, April 4, 2019:
- ELA Testing for Liverpool Elementary students in grades 3 & 4 – Session 1
- ELA Testing for all remaining LCSD elementary student in grades 3 & 4 – Session 2
Friday, April 5, 2019
- ELA Testing for Liverpool Elementary students in grades 3 & 4 – Session 2
- ELA Testing for all remaining LCSD students in grades 5 & 6 - Session 2
Liverpool Elementary students in grades 5 & 6 will take Session 2 of the ELA Test next week.
More direction from NYSED will be available in the next day or two regarding middle schools testing.
