District Seeks Volunteers for Phase 4 Facilities Committee
Monday, September 12, 2016 -
The Liverpool Central School District is seeking volunteers to serve on its Phase 4 Facilities Advisory Committee.
The goal of this committee is to discuss current conditions and continue to establish long-term capital priorities. It is expected to make recommendations that will ensure that our continued development of district facilities will be energy efficient, functional, aesthetic, and sustainable.
The district is looking to create a balanced group that represents the many aspects of the LCSD community.
The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, at 4 p.m., in the District Office Board Room. At this meeting, district representatives will review the processes that need to take place so that the committee can ultimately recommend a possible Phase 4 Capital Project to the Board of Education.
Community members and district employees who are interested in joining the committee are asked to send their name, e-mail address and phone number to Joanne Evans at JEvans@liverpool.k12.ny.us by September 20. Please also include the names of any community groups you are associated with (such as local government, business, church or religious organization, non-profit organization, service organization, senior citizen or taxpayer).
Anyone with questions regarding the Phase 4 Facilities Committee should contact Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services Katherine Phillips at 315-622-7148.
