Key Communicator

Back in 2009, the Liverpool Central School District introduced the Key Communicator to the community. The purpose of the Key Communicator was to provide all Liverpool community members, including those who don’t have children in the district, with the opportunity to receive important Liverpool CSD information in their e-mail inbox.

Last school year, the district launched ParentSquare for families and staff. This new system provides the district with a number of different features that go above and beyond a simple e-mail. With this more robust way to communicate, the district has decided to retire the Key Communicator beginning September 1, 2022 and add a Community Group to the ParentSquare system.

Community members will still receive the same messages they have received in the past, just from a new e-mail address.

E-mail addresses will be rolled over to ParentSquare automatically over the next few weeks. If you decide not to continue receiving Key Communicator messages, please contact School Information Officer Meghan Piper by e-mail at

To join the electronic distribution list, please send your name, street address and e-mail address to School Information Officer Meghan Piper ( Please include “Community ParentSquare” in the subject of your e-mail.
