LHS Casting Hall to Present Zombie Play, Walk

We all have a little zombie in us...

Join the Liverpool High School Casting Hall as we shamble our way through Jason Pizzarello's All I Really Need to Know I Learned From Being a Zombie! Written for audiences of all ages, the play explores the experiences of those often pushed aside in society because they are "different" through the sometimes humorous and sometimes poignant lens of zombie life. Shows will take place at Liverpool Middle (Friday, November 12, at 7 p.m.) and Chestnut Hill Middle (Saturday, November 13, at 7 p.m.).

Because of COVID-19 protocols, seating is limited at each show, so it is important to reserve your space ahead of time! In-person seating will be general admission, but parties will be seated together and distanced from other audience members. Masks are required and zombie costumes are encouraged for in-person attendance! We also will live stream both shows on a private channel and those digital tickets can be reserved through an online form.

Please complete the online reservation form to reserve your in-person or digital seat at one or both of our shows! Tickets are $5 each for in-person or online reservation (live stream link will be connected to your reservation email address) and can be paid in-person with cash at Will Call when you arrive at the show or via Venmo (@LHS_Student_Activities - you must list "Casting Hall Tickets" in the memo section of the transaction to ensure payment). If you have any questions, please contact aharris@liverpool.k12.ny.us.

This year, LHS Casting Hall also is hosting a Charity Zombie Walk to benefit the Food Bank of Central New York on Saturday, November 13, at Chestnut Hill Middle at 5 p.m. just prior to the Saturday night show. Bring your canned/dry food donation as your Walk admission and join us in your own zombie makeup and costume (or let our artists help you!). Training for zombies of all ages will be provided before we set out on our short walk around CHM, zombie-style! The Walk will end back at CHM just in time for the Saturday night show!

The show is just under an hour in length, so it is the perfect evening out for families and students alike! Donations also will be accepted at both shows to help support families in need right here in Central New York.
