OCM BOCES to Hold Capital Improvement Project Vote

On November 19, OCM BOCES will hold a $30.5 million capital improvement project vote to make enhancements at its Cortlandville and Thompson Road campuses.

The capital project aims to enhance learning environments by creating spaces that are safer, more accessible and up-to-date so students can thrive, as well as upgrade mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure facilities are more reliable, energy-efficient and secure.

Voting will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day at the following locations:

  • OCM BOCES Main Campus (110 Elwood Davis Road, Liverpool)
  • Crown Road Campus (4500 Crown Road, Liverpool)
  • Cortlandville Campus (1710 NYS Route 13, Cortland)
  • Thompson Road Campus (6820 Thompson Road, Syracuse)

A large portion of the project will be funded through state aid (65%), with the remaining cost shared proportionally by the 23 OCM BOCES component districts, which includes the Liverpool Central School District.
