Transcripts & Student Records
Parents of students under the age of 18 and students over 18 have the right to inspect official student records. Building principals can provide parents and guardians with information about how they can inspect student records.
Former Liverpool Central School District students and Liverpool High School graduates must request their student records, including high school transcripts, in writing using the Liverpool High School Transcript Request Form (click here). Transcripts will be available within five business days.

If you submit a request form, your transcript will be sent directly to your college or university, the human resources department at your place of employment, or your union training center.
To have a transcript sent to a home address, the Student Records Office must receive a written letter with your signature and witnessed by a notary.
Please include the following information:
- Name attended under
- Year of graduation or dates of attendance
- Date of birth
- Current name and address
Please note: Current Liverpool High School students should contact their guidance counselor to request a copy of their transcript.
