Girls Varsity Junior 8+ Advanced to Semifinals at Nationals

Congratulations to the Liverpool Girls Varsity Junior 8+ boat for advancing to the semifinals at the Scholastic Rowing Association of America (SRAA) National Championships on Saturday, May 23, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Competing against some of the top crews in the country, the “little boat that could” earned a spot among the Top 12 Junior 8+ boats in the nation.

Coach Erica Eustace said it was the first time in recent years that a Liverpool Girls Varsity boat advanced to the semifinals at the national championship regatta. She praised the team for the dedication, teamwork and perseverance they showed throughout the season to achieve such an impressive accomplishment.
