Renovation Projects
The safety and security of Liverpool Central School District students and staff is of the upmost importance. Each and every day, our Operations and Maintenance Department staff is hard at work taking care of our district facilities to ensure that each school day goes smoothly for everyone. Just like our homes, years of use and changing demands in security, energy efficiency, educational delivery and technology integration within the classroom and building infrastructure require much needed updates that go well beyond routine work for our staff members. When that is the case, the Liverpool Central School District, along with its construction managers and architects will review and prioritize building needs to create a proposed capital project. These projects are presented to district voters for approval.
The majority of the financial impact of these projects is covered by New York State Building aid. Depending on additional funding sources, the impact on local taxpayers can vary by project.
