Activities/Clubs
The Art Club is open to all students. Students will have the freedom to learn new skills and explore individual, artistic projects.

The "Green Warriors" Environmental Club is open to all students who are interested in activism within our community on issues related to environmental conservation and sustainability. The purpose is to expose students to environmental issues, especially local ones, and engage in local activism and advocacy. All LMS students (6-8) are eligible. Generally, 10-15 meetings per year, after school on late bus days (T, Th). Some meetings on Saturdays for special events (tree planting with Village of Liverpool, Youth Climate Summit).

The French Club introduces the French students to culture using fun, hands on activities and allows them to experience traditional cuisine.
Advisor - Mrs. Mahar
Jazz band, also known as "breakfast jazz band," meets every Wednesday morning from 7:15 am - 8:05 am and starts in January. This is a fun way to make music and look forward to breakfast every Wednesday! Each week different sections take turns bringing food in to share. We explore different styles of jazz as well as some popular rock songs as well.

The Math League is open to all students who enjoy a challenge and have a strong interest in Math. The group competes against 18-20 other schools in Onondaga County and are scored individually and as a team. The competitions are held at LMS and another school in the county.

The Musical is open to all students with an interest in acting, singing, dancing, lighting and/or set design. Each year they create a musical theater show which is performed and produced by LMS students.

The Orchestra Fiddle Club is open to students who play violin, viola, cello, or bass. We will explore traditional fiddle tunes from all over the world, including Ireland, Scotland, and Canada, as well as some traditional American tunes.

The Science Olympiad is open to all students. Teams of students participate in 22 regional and state Science Olympiad Tournaments. New York State Science Olympiad (NYSSO) is dedicated to improving the quality of science education in grades 6-12, increasing male, female and minority interest in science, creating a technologically literate workforce.

The Ski & Snowboard Club travels to Labrador Mountain six times during the winter season. Students can take lessons from professional instructors and have a great time with friends on the mountain. It's open to all students and there is a fee for the season pass and transportation.

The Spanish Club offers all Spanish students an opportunity to explore aspects of various Hispanic cultures.

STEM club will give students the opportunity to explore aspects of science, technology, engineering, and math beyond the classroom.
Advisors - Mr. Christopher and Mr. Finney
The Tech Crew is open to all students. Tech Crew creates, paints the sets, control the lighting and mixes the sound for the production. Students will work on and off stage to move props, control the lights and spot lights.

The Yearbook is open to all students who wish to create and sell the LMS yearbook.
